Michael Bay is an example of someone who made music videos. He began at film school in university making films such as Armageddon and transformers. He made music promo videos for artists such as Tina Turner, Meatloaf, Wilson Philips and Lionel Richie and won at the MTV awards. He then went on to produce feature films.
